JNM-FA Fluffing Agent is a silicone-amine resin emulsion synthesized by a special polymerization process using a new type of polyamine (AB)n and polyether block silicone oil. It is suitable for various fiber fabrics, especially plush fabrics of cotton, polyester-cotton blends, and their blends, giving fabrics a fluffy, soft, and lively feel. When applied to cotton knitted fabrics, it provides elasticity, water repellency, and softness; when applied to polyester and its fabrics, it offers ultra-soft fluffiness and lubricity.

Product Features and Advantages

It possesses high stability and can be used with most fluorescent whitening agents in the same bath, resulting in minimal yellowing after treatment.

It exhibits low water repellency, a full and elastic hand feel, good permeability to fabrics, strong affinity, and minimal impact on fluorine-containing waterproof agents.

When compounded with traditional amino silicone oil emulsions, it enhances application performance and acid-base stability.

It can be compounded with cationic and non-ionic softeners, significantly improving the overall performance of the fluffing agent.
