HUZHOU U-CAN Bioenzyme Leads the Green Degumming of Ramie Stem
HUZHOU U-CAN BIOTECHNOLOGY upgraded R&D and production of JNM-2 compound enzyme, through batch ramie bio-enzyme degumming, is environmentally friendly, harmless to operators and equipment, and can effectively reduce energy and water consumption, lowering the TDS, COD, and BOD indices in wastewater. JNM-2 compound enzyme has the characteristics of enzyme specificity, does not damage the fiber, does not affect the fiber strength, and has a soft and full hand feel. Through projection-type nano-scale electron microscopy analysis, the yarn line is even, and the fabric texture is clear. The enzyme is used for ramie stem degumming, improving the quality of hemp beating; reducing the amount of alkali, acid (neutralization), and water (cleaning), saving energy and water, reducing wastewater treatment pressure, and lowering wastewater treatment costs; reducing the content of Glial substance, improving the spinnability and gloss of the fiber.
