JNM-TA stripping agent can be used as a stripping agent for fixing agents and also as a masking agent. It can easily remove fixing agents from fabrics without affecting the color fastness and light fastness of re-dyeing.

Product Features and Advantages

Used for stripping treatment, it can easily remove residual fixing agents together with acids and alkalis.

It does not change the color of the fabric because it does not contain alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.

It acts on the fixing agent but does not affect the fiber; it is a masking agent for the fiber.

It does not affect the light fastness.

Application Guide

For fabrics fixed with cationic fixing agents, such as: cotton, linen and blended fabrics, silk fabrics, nylon, etc.

1). Acid stripping method (90℃ ~ 100℃ × 30 ～40 min) completed in two steps:

① Acetic acid: 1 ～2 g/l; bath ratio: 1:20

② JNM-TA stripping agent: 0.5 ～ 1.0 g/l; glacial acetic acid: 1 ～2 g/l; bath ratio: 1:20 Water washing, drying.

2). Alkaline stripping method (90℃ ~ 100℃ × 30 ～40 min) completed in two steps:

① Glacial acetic acid: 1 ～2 g/l; bath ratio: 1:20

② JNM-TA stripping agent: 0.5 ～ 1.0 g/l; soda ash: 1 ～2 g/l; bath ratio: 1:20 Water washing, drying.

According to experience: the amount of stripping agent should not be less than the amount of fixing agent. Acid stripping does not affect the color, while alkaline stripping has a certain stripping effect.
